Chi Running Weight Loss Exercise

I found an interesting way to run without being injured and enjoy outdoor exercise. It is based on the ability to run using your mind-body connection. The key to effortless running (AKA Chi Running) is letting your muscles relax, opening tight joints, and letting gravity do the work. The mind does the most work in Chi Running so you must learn to focus your mind.  A focused mind can tell your muscles to relax or to work.  During Chi Running you must pay close attention to what your body is doing. Practice listening to every nuance you can hear. Also feel your foot hitting the ground, and feel your posture. You must develop body sense as you are running. Then you will be able to be your own best coach. Breathing is also very important to Chi Running. The more effectively you take in oxygen the better you will be at running. You need to breathe deeply into your lower lungs to get as much air as you can. Practice breathing out for three counts and breathing in for two counts. You must relax your muscles to be effective at Chi Running. To do this simply let your self loosen up. Smile, drop your shoulders and just BE. Having good running posture is important for Chi Running as it allows your chi to flow uninhibited through your body. Stand in front of a mirror and straighten your upper body. If you can see your shoelaces your dots are connected in a straight line. Practice this posture and memorize how it feels. I have never tried this but I feel it will help a lot in running.  When doing Chi Running you need to start slow. Keep your running posture correct when you are running. In this form of running you should be able to run for longer periods of time without feeling a tremendous amount of pain. I plan to try this form of running as it seems like it will be really helpful and everyone says that running helps you lose weight. So try and work chi running into your heathy diet plans.

Weight Loss For The Abs

I have always envied the flat stomachs of models and the highly muscled stomach of Madonna but my weight loss progamas have never given my those beautiful abs. Don’t believe me about Madonna watch the video for “Hung Up.” Now not all of us have the time for Madonna’s work out, which is intense. An easy way to improve your abs to get that perfect flat stomach is to improve your posture. For better posture while standing make sure your ears are behind your shoulders. Your shoulders should be over your hips and your hips should be over your knees. Your knees should be over your ankles. It seems like a lot of effort, I know. I started practicing good posture and the difference in my stomach is amazing. Whole body exercise will help you get that perfect stomach faster than endless crunches and decrease you body mass index at the same time. Pilates can be very helpful to gaining that perfect stomach as well. Examine your diet and Digestion. If you have abdominal fat great abdominal strength and great posture won’t help you get the flat stomach you’re trying for. I had to change my diet to get close to the stomach I wished. Props like stability balls are optional. While they can be helpful they are not necessary to maintain perfect flat abs. I’ve seen many people over do it so a word of advice is to take it slow. Nothing occurs overnight and pushing yourself too far will only be harmful for you in the long run. I also believe you should work towards realistic goals. Sometimes people even thin people are unable to get washboard abs due to genetics. Not everyone can look like Madonna especially if you are not willing to give up eating excessive amounts of sweets. Weight Loss What Works?

What works is the question everyone who is looking to lose weight asks themselves.  You’ve all seen the commercials with the before and after photos of people that have use ” The Best Weight Loss Product” but can you really trust those images with all the editing that can be done these days.  I’ve created this site to try and answer the question we all want to know What weight loss product really works?  I’m sure this is going to be much like the search for the holy grale or the fountain of youth but hey were all curious and the journey in search for the answer to this weight loss question should be fun.  I can only hope that through my research if nothing else I can tell you definitively what weight loss products dont work and which ones you should stay away from.  If you have incite into this wieght loss question feel free to leave your input and help those of use seeking answers to our life long goal of losing weight.
